Headquartered in Henderson, Kentucky, Gibbs employs over 800 team members. Gibbs is privately held by Koch Enterprises Inc.
For over 50 years, Gibbs has provided unique solutions to its Tier One and OEM customers.
Our History
In 1965, Gibbs was established by Bob Gibbs and purchased by Koch Enterprises Inc. in 1969. As one of the largest privately held companies in Indiana, Koch Enterprises Inc. has developed Gibbs into a premier automotive supplier. Through technology and innovation, Gibbs continues to deliver technically challenging, high volume and complex cast, machined, and assembled products to our global customers.
Community Impact
Gibbs believes in supporting and fostering growth in the communities where we live and work.
