CEO Tag Along

There’s a new face on the Gibbs’ plant floors and it’s Greg Risch, President & CEO!  Greg’s goal is to work each shift, in each plant every month because he wants to get to know the Team Members and learn first-hand about Gibbs’ products and processes.  Greg says, “I’m very impressed with everyone I’ve shadowed.
