Gibbs-Dalian Die Casting was launched in 2006 in Dalian, China. Our purpose there is to serve the growing automotive production industry in China with the same high quality die cast components that our customers have to come expect from all of our facilities around the world. Many of our current customers already have production facilities in China. And they are expecting strong growth over the next decade and beyond. Gibbs-Dalian is there to serve these customers and to ensure their continued success in the region.
Gibbs Die Casting brings the unique process of vacuum ladled, high and ultra-high pressure die casting to our customers, offering them an alternative to forging, permanent mold and conventional die casting. Our manufacturing process has been accepted by the world casting market as equal to or superior to conventional die casting. And all of our presses are linked to our unique computerized process failure detection system ensuring that all castings are of superior quality to conventional die casting methods.
