Marty Doyle Presented with Koch Enterprise's H3 Lean Award

Twice a year Koch Enterprises (KEI) recognizes a Gibbs Team Member with an H3 Lean Award. These team members are recommended by Gibbs Leadership then selected by KEI to received this award.

H3 Lean award winners are those that demonstrate excellence and provide leadership in the H3 principles: 1) Champion safety, 2) Share a clear vision, 3) Serve internal and external customers, 4) Communicate effectively, 5) Appreciate team members, 6) Develop team members, and 7) Embrace continuous improvement.
