Gibbs-Texas Die Casting was launched in 1999 to serve our customers in Mexico and Central America. Located in Harlingen, Texas, it is just 30 minutes from the border between Brownsville, Tx and Matamoros, Mexico. Gibbs-Texas has ample room for expansion as required to keep up with demand. Gibbs Die Casting brings the unique process of vacuum ladled, high and ultra-high pressure die casting to our customers, offering them an alternative to forging, permanent mold and conventional die casting. Our manufacturing process has been accepted by the world casting market as equal to or superior to conventional die casting. And all of our presses are linked to our unique computerized process failure detection system ensuring that all castings are of superior quality to conventional die casting methods.

Directions from Valley International Airport - Harlingen, TX: Take State Loop 499 South (toward Harlingen). At the first stop light, Grimes Road, turn left and go approximately 2 miles to Industrial Way. Turn right on Industrial Way; Gibbs-Texas is on the right.
