Henderson, KY is the Birthplace of Gibbs Die Casting. From our humble beginnings here we have expanded into one of the foremost suppliers of aluminum and magnesium die cast automotive components in the World. Our Henderson Campus is home to 5 casting plants (Federal, Mag, Powertrain, Tech, Synchronous) housing a total of 58 presses. Our machining division (COMAC) and our tool and die division (Audubon Tool) as well as our Corporate Headquarters are also located here.
Gibbs Die Casting brings the unique process of vacuum ladled, high and ultra-high pressure die casting to our customers, offering them an alternative to forging, permanent mold and conventional die casting. Our manufacturing process has been accepted by the world casting market as equal to or superior to conventional die casting. And all of our presses are linked to our unique computerized process failure detection system ensuring that all castings are of superior quality to conventional die casting methods.

Driving Directions from the Evansville Regional Airport Evansville, Indiana: Turn left on IN-57 out of the airport. Go approximately 1 mile to US-41. Turn left on US-41. Take 41 South into Kentucky. After Entering Kentucky, go approximately 3 miles and take the 1st Exit off 41 South into Henderson(exit 81-B). This puts you on U.S. 60 West (also know as Green Street). Take U.S. 60 West through Henderson (approximately 6 miles). U.S. 60 West will change from four lanes to two. After becoming two lanes, turn right at the second traffic light (Community Drive). We are the first building on the right.
